Terms of Service.

These terms govern your use of verifiedsetups.ae and the services of Verified Setups (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the site you agree to them. We have written them to be read, not skimmed — they are short and they say what we actually do.

1. What we provide

Verified Setups is a platform and consultancy service for starting companies in UAE free zones. The site lets you explore licensed business activities, see which free zones fit your setup, and receive itemised pricing built from official activity records and published fees. Our consultants support you through the process, and if you proceed, we prepare and manage your application with you.

2. Information, not legal advice

The information on the platform is drawn from official sources and is maintained with care, but free zone rules, fees and requirements change, and the relevant authority’s own current rules always prevail. The platform provides business-setup information and facilitation; it is not legal, tax or immigration advice. For advice specific to your circumstances, consult a qualified professional.

3. Self-service tools in beta

Our self-service tools (including My Setup and Founder’s Copilot) are in beta and improve continuously. Our consultants are fully operational at all times, and every application is reviewed by our team with you before anything moves forward. Nothing is ever submitted to any authority automatically.

4. Pricing

Pricing shown on the platform is itemised and built from the fees the relevant authorities publish or charge. It is a genuine estimate, not a final quotation: your final pricing is confirmed with you in writing before you commit to anything, and no payment is due until you have that confirmation and choose to proceed.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information — about yourself, your shareholders and your intended business — since applications are prepared from what you tell us, and inaccurate information can delay or invalidate an application. You agree to use the platform lawfully and not to attempt to probe, overload or disrupt it. You are responsible for keeping access to your verified email account secure, since it is how you access your client area.

6. Decisions rest with the authorities

Licence approvals, visa approvals, timing and any conditions are decided by the relevant free zone and government authorities, not by us. We prepare applications carefully and manage them actively, but we cannot and do not guarantee approval or any particular timeline.

7. Fees and payment

Fees for your setup are set out in your written confirmation before you commit. Where government or authority fees change between confirmation and submission, we will tell you before proceeding. Fees already paid to authorities are subject to those authorities' own refund rules.

8. Our content

The content of the platform — its text, design, structure and tools — belongs to Verified Setups. You may not copy, scrape or republish it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Liability

We provide the platform with care, but to the extent permitted by law it is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, from decisions of third-party authorities, or from events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Ending use

You can stop using the platform at any time and can ask us to delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend access that breaches these terms or threatens the security of the service.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

12. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and meaningful changes will be highlighted on the site.
